Mid 50s coronavirus if the pandemic has given us one positive thing... it's more time at home with our loved ones..
But for some?
All the together time may be getting to be too much.
Kimt news three's calyn thompson spoke with a therapist today and is finding out what you can do to better maintain relationships.x xx live people stuck at home in neighborhoods like this one are dealing with more than just a pandemic.
Today i spoke with licensed marriage and family therapist david jamison.
He tells me there are more stressors during this time.
Parents are working from home... kids are not at school... and everyone's getting a little irritated.xxx the more stress level goes up, the less energy we have to be caring.
Because caring stress takes energy and then we don't have enough energy to be caring as we would like to.
That's why he advises people to take a break and find time for yourself... talk it out face to face?
And reach out for help if you need it.
