Well i would say get out into nature.
Just because we are keeping that social distancing you know doesn't mean we can't get out into the woods.
It's healing, for me i know for a lot of people.
Add that with this, put those two together and i'm in heaven.
I've been riding this for 46 years.
The exercise with getting out into nature getting out into the woods you know you don't have to be near people to do that.
You can go out, there's plenty of nice spaces here, green spaces.
