101-year-old woman not allowed to celebrate birthday with family because of coronavirus concerns

Due to the COVID-19 virus, the Shawnee Springs Nursing Home, where Ruth Elliott is rehabbing, isn't allowing visitors.

Saturday is her 101st birthday, and she told her family all she wants is a party.
