Witnesses told deputies a car drove into the risslers extreme a-t-v building.
As you can see, it was heavily damaged.
Jason woods told deputies there was a malfunction in his car.
And that caused it to leave the roadway.
Woods was taken to an indianapolis hospital for treatment.
In illinois... a clark county man is facing charges.
That's for "sexual assault against minors."
Last weekend... someone filed a complaint against "albert appleton".
Along with "sexual assault"... he faces charges of "home invasion" and "aggravated battery."
His bond is set at around 500-thousand dollars... with 10-percent allowed.
He's expected to be in court later this month.
Happening now - california governor gavin newsom has declared a state of emergency.
That's after the state's first coronavirus death.
The eldery person has underlying conditions.
That person may have been infected while traveling on a princess cruise ship from san francisco to mexico last month.
Newsom said the ship is being held off the calfornia coast for testing after some passengers and crew on a more recent cruise began showing symptoms. in suburban seattle, a 90-year-old woman became the tenth person to die from the virus in washington state.
And the sixth death linked to this nursing facility.
The senate is set to vote on coronavirus funding this afternoon.
This comes one-day after the 8-point-3 billion dollar response package passed through the house.

Here at home the vigo county health department is preparing to tackle the coronavirus.
