Sinn Fein leader Mary Lou McDonald has criticised her political rivals during a visit to flood-hit Athlone in Co Meath.
Her comments come ahead of a meeting between the leaders of Fine Gael and Fianna Fail, with both parties refusing to agree a coalition with Sinn Fein.
