This is the shocking moment a driver was spotted in Bedfordshire travelling down the A1 with his bonnet open covering his windscreen.
According to the filmer the driver was travelling at 60mph along the A-road when he was spotted on December 23.
"This is the first time I’ve ever seen anything like it... I couldn’t get the phone out quick enough," the filmer told Newsflare.
