Drone footage showcases stunning ice sculptures at northern China's annual Ice and Snow Festival

The 36th Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival was unveiled on January 5.

The drone footage shows impressive ice sculptures at the annual Ice and Snow Festival.

According to reports, 10,000 workers spent 15 days to building the 0.6-square-kilometre ice kingdom.

The theme of the festival is "Ice Snow Integration, Happy to go Together" with five categories - activities of tourism, culture, fashion, trade and sports.

The festival will last for a month until February 5.
