November Job Growth Soars With 266K Jobs Added.

The robust addition of jobs beat Wall Street expectations of 187,000.

Health care and leisure and hospitality both added 45,000 jobs.

Unemployment also lowered from 3.6 percent to 3.5 percent.

Hourly wages also beat expectations by a tenth of a percent, rising 3.1 percent.

Today’s job report, more than any other report in recent months, squashed any lingering concerns about an imminent recession in the US economy, Gad Levanon, Conference Board’s Labor Market Institute, via CNBC.

President Donald Trump tweeted his response to the positive report.
