Volkswagen Execs Indicted in Germany Over Emissions Scandal

German prosecutors have indicted Volkswagen CEO Herbert Diess, Chairman Hans Dieter Poetsch and former CEO Martin Winterkorn saying they intentionally delayed telling investors about using illegal software to cheat on emissions tests.
