Cameroon Advances To Women's World Cup Knockout Round

Cameroon desperately needed one last goal to push them through to the knockout rounds.

According to Deadspin, in the 95th minute, the team took his chance during a New Zealand throw-in.

Ajara Nchout gained control of the ball, faked the defender twice and score the qualifying goal.

The goal gave them their second straight Womenโ€™s World Cup path to the knockout round.

During their debut four years ago they were also able to make the round of 16.
