According to a report by Reuters, on Tuesday, US Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer and US Chamber of Commerce head Tom Donohue met with Mexico's Deputy Foreign Minister Jesus Seade to discuss proposed tariffs in response to an ongoing surge of immigration at the US-Mexico border.
