Accounted Who Laundered Money In College Admission Scam To Plead Guilty

A California accountant who allegedly worked for the mastermind of the so-called “Varsity Blues” college admissions scandal has confessed.

According to HuffPost, 69-year-old Steven Masera is set to plead guilty to racketeering conspiracy.

His boss, Rick Singer, is already a cooperating witness.

Masera's accused of laundering fees paid to Singer by clients, actresses Felcity Huffman and Lori Loughlin.

Singer was paid to rig college entrance exams and bribe sports coaches to portray their children as team recruits.
