Maisie Williams Opens Up About How 'Game Of Thrones' Affected Her

Maisie Williams recently opened up about the negative effect “Game of Thrones” had on her mental health.

She said it was difficult to navigate teenage life and her fame as Arya Stark.

Williams said for a period of time she was sad after becoming overwhelmed by the criticism on social media.

She said: "I don't want any of this crazy, crazy world because it's not worth it." According to CNN, Williams said she wants to find happiness by trying to stop being what people want her to be.
