Rally back to record due in part to Fed -Oppenheimer's Leger

The S&P 500 and the Nasdaq set record closing highs Tuesday.

The rally back from December lows has been fueled by a Federal Reserve that's perceived to be more accommodative, an earnings season that is going better than feared, and a general improvement in financial conditions, Oppenheimer Funds equity strategist Talley Leger told Reuters business correspondent Conway G.
