Boston Red Sox beat AL East-leading Tampa Bay Rays 4-3 in 11 to finish sweep

A manufactured run in extra innings capped off a resurgent weekend for the defending World Series champion Boston Red Sox.

Christian Vazquez hit a sacrifice fly in the 11th inning and the Red Sox completed an uplifting three-game sweep of the AL East-leading Tampa Bay Rays with a 4-3 victory Sunday.
