Mueller's Report Contradicts Barr's Statements

Attorney General William Barr's "principal conclusions" on special counsel Robert Mueller's report included that Mueller did not make a "traditional prosecutorial judgment" on whether or not President Donald Trump obstructed justice.

Business Insider reports Barr initially said Mueller's report did not conclude if Trump obstructed justice due to "'difficult issues' of law and fact." Barr said Mueller presented "evidence on both sides of the question.
