Georgetown Students Vote To Give Reparations To Descendants Of Slaves

Huffington Post reports that students at Georgetown University have taken a major step towards making their school one of the first U.S. Universities to provide reparations for their role in slavery.

More than two-thirds of undergraduate students voted to create a fund that will provide reparations to descendants of the 272 slaves sold to fund the school in the 19th century.
