Olly Murs wants to use his success to help other hopefuls 'The Voice' coach Olly Murs always visits his old employers every year to show that is thankful to the people who helped him be a success on 'The X Factor' and make him a pop star.

The 'Wrapped Up' hitmaker had been working as a recruiter at Essex-based recruitment agency Prime Appointments for five years when he auditioned for 'The X Factor' back in 2009, going on to finish as the runner-up behind winner Joe McElderry.

Olly has gone on to be one of Britain's most successful singers but he has never forgotten his past and he always goes to see his former bosses at the office every Christmas time because he will never forget the people who supported him on his journey.

It his own talent show journey that Olly believes makes him the favourite to be the coach of this year's winner of 'The Voice'.
