Judge Rules Trump Order To Open Up Arctic, Atlantic Oceans for Drilling Illegal

According to a report by Earther, on Friday, a federal judge ruled President Donald Trump's order to open large swathes of the Arctic and Atlantic oceans to oil and gas drilling operations to be illegal.

The Washington Post originally reported that US District Judge Sharon Gleason's ruling impacts about 98 percent of the Arctic Ocean, but only 'undersea canyons in the Atlantic, as opposed to the entire Eastern Seaboard.
