ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) U.S. President Donald Trump on Sunday welcomed Special Counsel Robert Mueller's long-awaited report that found his presidential campaign did not work with Russia to sway the 2016 presidential election in his favor.

Attorney General William Barr sent a summary of conclusions from the report to congressional leaders and the media on Sunday afternoon.

Mueller concluded his investigation on Friday after nearly two years, turning in a report to the top U.S. law enforcement officer.

"While this report does not conclude that the president committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him," Barr wrote in the letter.
