Trump Withdraws New North Korean Sanctions

Reuters reports U.S. President Donald Trump on Friday reversed North Korea sanctions imposed by the U.S. Treasury Department one day earlier.

The White House said he withdrew the sanctions because he “likes” North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.

The president tweeted, “It was announced today by the U.S. Treasury that additional large-scale Sanctions would be added to those already existing Sanctions on North Korea.
