ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Former U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said during an interview on Thursday that while he thought President Trump's objectives were in the interest of the American people, Trump grew tired of being told what he 'can't' do, based on legality.

"I'd have to say to him, 'Well, Mr. President, I understand that you want to do that, but you can't do it that way.

It violates the law, it violates a treaty...'

He got really frustrated, when we would have those conversations," Tillerson said during a sit-down interview with CBS News Political Contributor Bob Schieffer at the MD Anderson Cancer Center fundraiser in Houston.
