You’re supposed to be having a holly, jolly time, but the holidays can leave some people feeling depressed.????Whether it’s the pressure to buy gifts, the shorter days or those who are dealing with the loss of a loved one.????The holidays aren’t always merry and bright.????Heck, the acronym for those shorter winter days is SAD, or Seasonal Affective Disorder.????The Mayo Clinic says it’s a type of major depression.????Experts say it’s important to seek treatment if you or someone you know is suffering from depression.????But for a bit of coping advice on how to deal with the holiday blues, take it from experts MarketWatch, Healthline and WebMD spoke with.????1.

Only spend time with people you enjoy????Parties and get-togethers are always in full-swing during the holiday season.????But it’s quality over quantity.????You don’t have to go to every event.????Just hang with people who make you happy!????2.
