North Carolina's Governor Offers A Stark Warning As Flooding From Florence Continues

According to a report by Business Insider, despite being downgraded from a hurricane to a tropical storm, Florence is currently tearing through the Carolinas bringing heavy rainfall and serious flooding.

In a news briefing on Saturday morning, North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper warned that more people in the state are in danger now as opposed to when Florence make landfall on Friday.

Cooper reportedly said, "The rainfall is epic and will continue to be.
