????...that is should they take back the Senate.????The Strengthening the Tenth Amendment Through Entrusting States Act or the STATES Act introduced by Warren and Republican Senator Cory Gardner has so far stalled in the Senate despite bipartisan support.????But the one person Warren has been pushing to convince to relax on his stance is Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.

????The Trump Administration has also taken a stance against the legalization of marijuana, with Attorney General Jeff Sessions, an opponent, steering the Justice Department.

????If passed, the bill would amend the Controlled Substance Act to say that it no longer applies to laws β€œrelating to the manufacturing, production, possession, distribution, dispensation, administration, or delivery of marijuana.????Currently, recreational marijuana is legal in 9 states and Washington D.C., and medical marijuana is legal in another 29.??
