Paris Jackson Apologizes for Harper’s Bazaar Cover After Backlash

They say with fame comes with big responsibility, and thats whats happening with Paris Jackson.????According to CNN, the daughter of king of pop Michael Jackson, has apologized for appearing on the cover of Harper's Bazaar Singapore after backlash from the city state's LGBT community.????The young model and actress who came out as bisexual a few months back, appeared on the cover of the september issue of the magazine and posted pictures of it on her Instagram.????She then deleted the post after receiving online backlash for neglecting to address the anti-LGBT policies that Singapore, a socially conservative country, has long been criticized for.

With the entertainment editor of Gay Star News calling her ‘hypocritical’.????Paris took to twitter to apologize saying: “i didn’t know, i am sorry.

I was grateful for the opportunity, but i’ll delete the post now.

I don’t want to be hypocritical or hurt anyone, and my support for my fellow LGBTQ+ community comes first before my love for fashion and gratitude for this opportunity.

Again, i’m sorry.”
