Congolese army says shootout in the capital is failed coup, perpetrators arrested

Congo's army foiled a coup in Kinshasa, arresting perpetrators, including foreigners, after a shootout at a politician's house on Tshatshi Boulevard, 2 km from the presidential palace, amid a crisis over parliament's leadership election postponement.
