Kahnawake Grand Chief Joseph Norton, who served for over 30 years, has died

The longtime Grand Chief of Kahnawake, Joseph Tokwiro Norton, has died, his family says. A colleague remembers him as a big thinker who was willing to work tirelessly to deliver on his ideas.
