Thailand King Remains Silent on Protesters' Call for Monarchy Reform

Thailand's King has called for "order and peace" in the nation, but remained silent about the recent anti-government student protests urging reforms of the monarchy. Some of the student protests defied "lese majeste" laws on insulting the monarchy that carry a maximum of 15-year prison sentence.
