Unofficial ballot boxes discovered at Calif. gun shops, churches, Republican offices

The California Republican Party is distributing unofficial ballot drop-off boxes across the state, and Secretary of State Alex Padilla said in a statement the boxes are not only misleading to voters but illegal.
