Portland fatal shooting victim's friend: ‘They executed my partner. They hunted him down'

The friend of a man who was fatally shot during clashes between supporters of President Trump and Black Lives Matter protesters in Portland over the weekend said the victim was "executed" and "hunted down" for having opposing views.
