Inslee: Trump threats to withhold school funding are 'hogwash'

OLYMPIA, Wash. - Gov. Jay Inslee says the threat out of the White House to withhold federal dollars from schools is ‘hogwash.’

The Trump Administration sent shockwaves through the country when it announced it wanted schools to fully open in the Fall with all kids back in their classrooms.
