CEO of North Lanarkshire employment agency announces retirement after 22 years' service

North Lanarkshire Provost Kenneth Duffy has extended his best wishes to Robin Turner, CEO of the council’s partner organisation Routes to Work, as he embarks on a well-deserved retirement after an outstanding 22 years’ service.
