Ben Shephard says 'hardest decision' leaving Kate Garraway after getting ITV This Morning job

Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard have been confirmed as the new hosts of ITV's This Morning, replacing Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby who left last year.
