Anti-racism campaigners express “disgust” at failure to address Paisley’s connections with slavery

Renfrewshire Council and the University of the West of Scotland vowed to look at statues, street names and the infrastructure linked to those associated with transatlantic slavery and colonialism following the death of George Floyd in 2020.
