Cabinet Office loses bid to stop Covid-19 Inquiry releasing Boris Johnson's WhatsApp messages

The Cabinet Office had issued a legal bid arguing that the inquiry could not order the release of documents that were not relevant. Opposition lawyers said that the department should not be able to decide what is relevant.
