Tributes paid to Apollo 11 astronaut Michael Collins who had died aged 90

British astronaut Tim Peake has hailed Michael Collins, who was one of the three crew members of the first manned mission to the moon in 1969, as an “inspiration and a legend” after the pioneer died at the age of 90.
