Integra: 3Q Earnings Snapshot

PLAINSBORO, N.J. (AP) _ Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corp. (IART) on Wednesday reported third-quarter net income of $32.3 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.

The Plainsboro, New Jersey-based company said it had net income of 38 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for pretax expenses, came to 80 cents per share.

The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of seven analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 57 cents per share.

The medical device maker posted revenue of $370.2 million in the period.

Integra shares have fallen 20% since the beginning of the year.
