Hathras: SC reserves verdict on probe modalities

The Supreme Court on Thursday reserved its verdict on a number of pleas in the Hathras case in which a Dalit girl was allegedly brutally raped and died. The SC was hearing a number of pleas: Who should monitor the CBI probe: SC or Allahabad HC; after the probe, should the trial be transferred to Delhi; whether UP Police or CRPF should provide security to victim's family.
