Live: NCB summons Deepika, Sara in drug probe

Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik requested Bail from the Bombay High Court, which was supposed to take up today. They were arrested on September 9 by the Narcotics Control Bureau in the drug charges linked to the Sushant Singh Rajput death investigation. On Tuesday, they filed an application in the Bombay High Court seeking bail. Their lawyer Satish Maneshinde, said the plea will be heard before a bench of justice Sarang Kotwal. The Special Court has extended her judicial custody till October 6. The Special Court had denied bail to Chakraborty on September 11, saying if she was released on bail she might alert others and they might destroy evidence.
