Following prelate's arrest, 3 US cardinals issue statement in support of Maronite bishops (Archdiocese of Washington)

Cardinals Daniel DiNardo, Timothy Dolan, and Wilton Gregory, who serve as honorary chairmen of the advisory board of In Defense of Christians, have issued a statement in support of Archbishop Moussa El-Hage. The Maronite Catholic Archbishop of Haifa and the Holy Land was detained and interrogated for eight hours at the Lebanon-Israel border.
