Rubrik Announces Pricing of Upsized Initial Public Offering

PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Rubrik, Inc. today announced the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 23,500,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $32.00 per share.
