Planned Parenthood petitions Wisconsin Supreme Court to make 1849 abortion law unconstitutional

Planned Parenthood is seeking a broad ruling to overturn an 1849 law, the second challenge since the overturning of Roe v. Wade in Wisconsin. A 1985 abortion law may trump it.
