Police fatally shoot Black man in traffic stop near Minneapolis, protests erupt

As angry crowds swelled into the hundreds outside the Brooklyn Center Police Department building on Sunday night, officers in riot gear fired rubber bullets and lobbed flash bangs at protesters.
