Jully Black, Lu Kala among recipients of 2023 Legacy Awards

The Legacy Awards, celebrating Black Canadian talent, announced Monday they will be honouring Jully Black, Director X, Tonya Williams and Lu Kala at their ceremony on Sept. 24.
