On Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi accused the Congress of using secularism as a smokescreen to practice communal politics until he exposed the party's divisive agenda, claiming that the ongoing Lok Sabha elections are a contest between "santushtikaran" (ensuring people's satisfaction) and "tushtikaran" (appeasement).
