PM Modi rattled by Congress revolutionary manifesto: Rahul Gandhi

Stating that PM Narendra Modi is "shaken, panicked and worried" by Congress's "revolutionary" manifesto, Rahul Gandhi Wednesday said the first decision of the future party govt will be caste census, which is a must to establish the meagre participation of 90% population of SC/ST/OBCs in the country's public and private structure.
