India: Russian embassy opens online book for people to post condolence messages to kin of dead in Moscow terror attack

The Russian Embassy in India opened an online book of condolences for the victims of the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall near Moscow, where 133 people were killed. ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack. Russian President Vladimir Putin declared March 24 a day of national mourning and vowed to punish the terrorists.
