Newborn found impaled by spikes in Haryana, cops 'know who did it'

Residents of Ajronda village in Faridabad found the body of a newborn impaled on a fence with iron spikes. The baby was suspected to be thrown over the fence from Officer's Colony. Police are investigating the incident and have registered an FIR.
