Amritpal Singh, others provided smart TV on their request: Assam jail superintendent

The superintendent of central jail, Dibrugarh, informed that detenues were given smart TV and LCD on their request. No instruction found in jail record on playing pen drives. Detenues, including Sarabjit Singh Kalsi and Pappalpreet Singh, approached court challenging detentions on several grounds including non-availability of facility.
